Shipping
I post out at least three times a week and usually every week day. If you need your beads and cord in a rush - let me know! I will do what I can to help you out with rush shipping if at all possible. I understand bead emergencies!
International orders (I am shipping from the UK) usually take 1-5 weeks to reach their destination, but can take longer due to customs and our respective postal services. Please be patient! Once the parcel leaves me, delivery time is out of my hands. Standard international delivery does NOT include tracking; however, there is an upgrade option available on each listing - you can now choose between standard, tracked or insured.

Unfortunately, because of the way these work on etsy, I am unable to refund the difference retrospectively; the same applies to my quantity discounts. So keep your eyes peeled for these juicy discounts!

Reserves
I am happy to reserve most items for up to a week - I do appreciate you offering me a date on which you plan to check out when requesting a reserve however.
Custom orders
For most custom orders, I will need payment upfront before beginning work. If you wish to reserve a made-to-order/custom item, then I will not begin work on this until payment is received. Unfortunately, I've been let down too many times now with this type of reserve, and so this keeps it fair for both of us! Thank you for your understanding.

Frequently asked questions
I'm not in the UK and my parcel hasn't arrived yet - where is it?
Packages travelling out of the uk generally take 1-2 weeks to reach Europe and 1-4 weeks (occasionally longer) to reach the rest of the world. Please be patient! Customs can really hold things up and there is nothing that can be done to help this, frustrating as it is for us both - and occasionally my estimated shipping times can take longer due to this. Thank you for your patience!
Can you track my package?
Yes! But ONLY if you select tracked shipping when you check out. Otherwise it will be sent via first class or standard international - just as reliable as tracked but you can't follow your package online, which I understand can be reassuring.
My order hasn't shipped yet - why not?
Most likely because it has made to order items in it and I'm busy creating them for you! My shipping times are 1-3 working days for most items but if you've placed an order containing wire, handmade findings or handwoven beads, the shipping times are 5-7 working days. I usually beat these shipping times but please remember, it's just me working away, covering every element of running my little business, and so I've given these shipping windows because I do sometimes need them to create your handmade goodies!
How much is your shipping?
My shipping is flat-rate - and I know Etsy doesn't always make that very clear. The rates are as follow - £2.50 per order for the UK, £4 per order for the EU and £4.50 per order for the rest of the world. These charges are NOT per item! The only exceptions are the Curiosity Club subscriptions, whose postage covers multiple packages and so is necessarily higher.
